One address, and an answer with content in it.
Everything reaches [email protected], and everything gets a reply on the timetable set out below. Email is the deliberate choice: you keep the sent copy, we work from the same thread, and nothing about your network address or your browser is collected before you have decided to say anything at all.
Subject line Enquiry, and the record type you are worried about. Answered within five working days.

What those numbers mean.
Five working days
What arrives in five days is an answer with content in it. Where a question needs longer than that, you hear so inside the five days, together with the date by which it will be answered properly.
One month
The period Article 12(3) of the UK GDPR allows for a response to a data subject request. Checking who you are happens inside that month rather than being added to the front of it. A refusal arrives with its reasons written down and with the route for challenging it.
Security, same or next working day
A report made in good faith is never treated as an attack and never answered with a legal threat. Come to us before going public, leave a reasonable window, and the fix gets made instead of argued about.
If the answer here does not settle it
The Information Commissioner takes data protection complaints directly and can examine one without this company taking part. The postal address, the telephone number and the website are set out in section 15 of the privacy notice. Bringing a complaint there costs nothing and is not something we are able to stand in the way of.
Calls
Everything starts in writing, which leaves both sides the same thread to work from. Say in your first email if a call would settle it faster and we will arrange one.
