TRYGG HEALTH LTD is a software development and consultancy practice registered in England and Wales, and it works on one thing: records that have to stay legible and provable long after the people and systems around them have changed. Not connected with Trygg.Health. The similar name belongs to a separate UK company working on clinical safety standards for health software. This practice has no ownership in common with it, no personnel in common, no contract with it and no shared history, and it does not work in clinical safety.
The overlap is a coincidence of naming and nothing more. This company sits on the register under number 17061747, its recorded activities are software development and management consultancy, and clinical safety has never been among them. Neither company endorses the other and neither is answerable for what the other does.
The idea
The person who needs the record is never the person who wrote it.
Record systems get designed around the moment of entry. That is where the friction is felt, that is who complains, and that is who signs off the design. So the fields are quick to fill, the free-text box absorbs whatever does not fit, and the thing is judged a success.
The cost lands years later on somebody else. An auditor, a successor, a claims handler, a court. They arrive without the context that made the shorthand legible, and they discover that the record answers the question the author found easy rather than the one now being asked.
Designing from the retrieval end inverts that. We start by naming who reads this without us, what they will have to establish, and what they will no longer have to hand. Then we work backwards to the fields. What comes out is a system slightly more effortful to fill in and dramatically more useful to inherit, and that trade is the product.
Why the trade is worth naming out loud
Because it is a real cost, paid by today's user for the benefit of tomorrow's, and a supplier who hides it is arranging an argument for month three. We put it in the statement of work in week one, with the cheaper option described beside it, so the client makes the choice with the price of each in front of them.
Boundary
Where the name stops meaning anything.
The registered name contains the word health. The registered activities do not.
Two SIC codes sit against the company: 62012, covering software development for business and domestic use, and 70229, covering management consultancy outside financial management. Those are what it is registered to do, and they are what it does.
Nothing here is a clinical service, a medical device, or clinical safety consultancy. We do not perform clinical risk management under DCB0129 or DCB0160, we do not hold the clinical safety officer role, and we would decline an engagement that required either. Those are regulated activities requiring qualifications the practice does not hold.
